These are a Godsend in the winter. They're just regular 10" balloons cut off a little over halfway down the neck, and they keep Lucy's paws dry and safe from the stinging salt that coats the sidewalks this time of year.
They're a bit finicky to put on but well worth it, and fortunately Lucy's pretty good about the whole proceedure...probably because she knows she'll turn a few heads once she's out on the street in them.
